Mr. Azi Cohen, Chief Executive Officer

Azi Cohen is an experienced executive in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining Eurekify, Azi was the CEO of Aduva, a leading provider of automated management solutions for Linux OS. Under his leadership in Aduva, the company was turned around, a new management team was built, and new strategic investors were recruited (IBM, Intel Capital, and BMC Software). Earlier in his career, Azi took SCP Systems, a small software solution provider and grew it from 17 to 200 employees, reaching $11MM in revenues. SCP has also initiated Precise Software (NASDAQ:PRSE), where Azi managed the Israeli activities. Azi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The Israeli Technion.

Dr. Ron Rymon, Founder

Dr. Ron Rymon founded Eurekify in 2002, and served as its CEO until he recruited Mr. Cohen. Dr. Rymon is an expert in the strategic and tactical application of data-driven modeling techniques. Prior to founding Eurekify, Dr. Rymon founded and managed CrediView, developer of fraud detection and prevention solutions for Internet merchants. Dr. Rymon is the author of a novel data mining and modeling technique that has been scientifically shown to generalize and improve upon state-of-the-art technologies. In collaboration with the best domain experts, Dr. Rymon successfully applied this technology to a number of scientific problems, as well as business applications in marketing, financial modeling, and insurance risk. Dr. Rymon has consulted extensively with large U.S. and overseas corporations and government agencies. Dr. Rymon holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania (1993), and has been on the research faculty of the University of Pittsburgh, and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel. He published extensively in scientific journals and conferences.

Mr. David Hochhauser, Vice President US

David Hochhauser is an experienced executive in the IT industry. Prior to joining Eurekify, David managed world-wide marketing and business development for Shunra, an innovative and fast growing network and application performance management software company. David was previously the head of brand-marketing responsible for partner, marketing and product strategy and programs for Computer Associates Unicenter family of infrastructure management solutions. David was with CA for 4 years, initially as head of their corporate market strategy group after a 16 year career at IBM where he held a variety of positions in security and e-commerce business units, and IT strategy consulting. He has extensive experience in business development, business and product strategy and planning, marketing and product management, managing partner and customer relationships, and solution definition across a broad range of industries. David has a Masters of Science in Physics from New York University and graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry.

Mr. Ilan Sharoni, Sales & Field Director

Mr. Ilan Sharoni joined Eurekify in July 2004 as Sales & Field Director. Ilan brings a vast amount of experience in project management, and sales and marketing support. Ilan joins Eurekify from BMC Software (NYSE - BMC), a leading provider of enterprise management solutions, where he managed Latin America as Marketing & Sales Director. Prior to that, Ilan served as the Product Manager for New Dimension Software Ltd. Enterprise Scheduling Management Solution, which was acquired by BMC Software in April 1999. Beforehand, Ilan served in Elisra Electronics Ltd. as a Product Manager. Ilan holds an M.Sc in Business & Information Systems, and a B.Sc in Physics & Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

Mr. Yaniv Capeluto - Director of Project Management

Yaniv joined Eurekify in August 2006 as a Director of Project Management. Yaniv brings more than 15 years of experience in project management, consulting sales and marketing. Yaniv joined Eurekify from Picom Software systems, a provider of Information Integration and Delivery solutions for large financial organizations where he was the Director of Product Management and Pre-Sales. Prior to that Yaniv served as a Product Manager and a senior consultant at BMC Software (NYSE - BMC), a leading provider of enterprise management solutions. Beforehand Yaniv served as the senior consultant for New Dimension Software Ltd. Enterprise Scheduling Management Solution, which was acquired by BMC Software in April 1999.Yaniv is a graduate of the IDF IT School (MAMRAM).

Mr. Yoav Shaked, VP Product Management

Yoav Shaked has over 25 years of experience in communications and security, in executive positions, product and R&D. Prior to joining Eurekify, Yoav was Founder and CEO of XciTel Ltd, a startup in the Cellular service delivery platforms (SDPs) area, and Founder and Managing Director of Netology Ltd. (a Comverse Technology subsidiary) overseeing the development and business deployment of an innovative Short Message Service (SMS) Center for cellular operators. Yoav also held senior product and R&D management positions with New Dimension Software (later acquired by BMC) where he designed and managed the development of the first release of CONTROL-SA IDM. Yoav holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science with honors from the Tel-Aviv University.

Ms. Hila Meller, VP Sales EMEA

Hila Meller joined Eurekify in 2008 as VP sales EMEA. Prior to joining Eurekify, Hila worked for Avnet, a leading information security and risk management firm, where she served different executive roles. Her last position there was VP Products and Services. Her work in the field of SAP information security granted her a national IT award in 2006. Prior to that, Hila served different IT and information security roles in Cellcom and the Israeli Army. Hila brings to Eurekify vast experience in information security, SAP, ERP and GRC. Hila holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan university, and an MBA from the Technion (including a special business program in Shanghai, China).
