Mr. Azi Cohen, Chief
Executive Officer
Azi Cohen is an experienced executive in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining Eurekify, Azi was the CEO of Aduva, a leading provider of automated management solutions for Linux OS. Under his leadership in Aduva, the company was turned around, a new management team was built, and new strategic investors were recruited (IBM, Intel Capital, and BMC Software). Earlier in his career, Azi took SCP Systems, a small software solution provider and grew it from 17 to 200 employees, reaching $11MM in revenues. SCP has also initiated Precise Software (NASDAQ:PRSE), where Azi managed the Israeli activities. Azi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The Israeli Technion.

Dr. Ron Rymon, Founder
Dr. Ron Rymon founded Eurekify in 2002,
and served as its CEO until he recruited
Mr. Cohen. Dr. Rymon is an expert in the
strategic and tactical application of data-driven
modeling techniques. Prior to founding Eurekify,
Dr. Rymon founded and managed CrediView,
developer of fraud detection and prevention
solutions for Internet merchants. Dr. Rymon
is the author of a novel data mining and
modeling technique that has been scientifically
shown to generalize and improve upon state-of-the-art
technologies. In collaboration with the
best domain experts, Dr. Rymon successfully
applied this technology to a number of scientific
problems, as well as business applications
in marketing, financial modeling, and insurance
risk. Dr. Rymon has consulted extensively
with large U.S. and overseas corporations
and government agencies. Dr. Rymon holds
a PhD in Computer Science from the University
of Pennsylvania (1993), and has been on
the research faculty of the University of
Pittsburgh, and the Interdisciplinary Center
in Herzliya, Israel. He published extensively
in scientific journals and conferences.

Mr. Roni Einav, Founding
Director
Mr. Roni Einav is an accomplished hi-tech entrepreneur and executive, bringing to Eurekify extensive strategic management experience. Mr. Einav was Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of New Dimension Software Ltd., a developer of scheduling software that was recently sold to BMC Software in a $700MM deal (at that time, this was the largest acquisition of an Israeli hi-tech company). Throughout his career, Mr. Einav has played a major role in more than 10 other technology companies. Mr. Einav holds a BSc. in Management and Industrial Engineering, and an MSc in Operations Research from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. He has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Computer Applications, Planning and Industrial Engineering, Game Theory and Automated Operations and is a frequent lecturer on these subjects in academic, professional and business forums.

Mr. Yair Safrai, Founding
Director
Mr. Yair Safrai is a Co-Founder and General
Partner of Concorde Ventures, one of Israels
premier venture capital firms. In 1994,
Mr. Safrai assumed his first VC position,
joining the Nitzanim fund as Vice President.
He was actively involved in all aspects
of the Nitzanim's growth and success. Prior
to joining Nitzanim, Mr. Safrai was in charge
of business development at BVR Technologies
Ltd., a high-technology company specializing
in aviation simulation, where he was responsible
for establishing civilian start-ups based
on defense technology. Prior to this, Mr.
Safrai was Senior Marketing and Finance
Assistant to the President of IGS Inc.,
an Israeli high-technology company incorporated
in the United States. Mr. Safrai was also
a Project Manager at P.O.C. Ltd., a leading
marketing and strategy consulting firm in
Israel. Mr. Safrai holds an MBA from The
Wharton School of Business and an MA in
International Studies from the Lauder Institute,
both from the University of Pennsylvania,
in addition he holds a Bachelor's degree
in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in
Management, both cum laude, from Tel-Aviv
University.

Mr. Barry Lynn, Advisory Board member
Barry X Lynn is the president and CEO of Be eXceL management, Inc. and Director of Shoreline Venture Management. Be eXceL is currently focused on management consulting for early stage technology companies and Shoreline Ventures is a venture capital firm, investing primarily in early stage opportunities. Prior to founding Be eXceL, Barry was with Wells Fargo for 16 years, his last position being the president of Wells Fargo Technology Services. Previously, he served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Wells Fargo & Co. where he implemented the first enterprise-wide network, which was completely based on Internet technology. He changed the bank to an open architecture, which became highly touted as the best in banking by most in the industry. Before that, Barry ran Wells Fargo's Private Banking Operations and their Investment Operations. He founded and became the first President of Wells Fargo Securities and was named one of the ten hottest and most influential CIO's in the nation by the prestigious Future Banker magazine.

Mr. Lior Shahory, Director
Mr. Lior Shahory is the CEO of Incentive, Peregrine’s Incubator. Lior serves on behalf of Incentive on the boards of Bballoon, NLT, Ceomage, CardioNova and Valtech. Prior to Incentive, served as the Deputy Program Director of The Incubators Program. Lior Holds an MBA degree, Tel-Aviv University, and a B.A. (cum laude) in Economics, Haifa.

Mr. Tamir Tal, Director
Mr. Tamir Tal is the Chief Operating Officer of Geomage a sesimic imaging company where he manages operational execution of company strategy including daily operations, financial transactions and legal issues. Tamir Tal was previously an associate with Peregrine Ventures a leading Israeli venture capital. He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Neovasc Medical Ltd., a cardiovascular medical device company. He started his career as a corporate lawyer with Shiboleth & Co. where he focused on the hi-tech sector securities transactions, M&A and venture capital investment. Tamir holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University and an MBA (expected 2008), also from TAU.
